This van was originally Nº222. It was been built in 1939 and is seen here at New Cross Gate as ADB977111. Under the grime it appears to be in the deep olive green service stock livery.

This Van B, and its attendant Maunsell goods van, were to be found for many years at Woking station in the bay on the down side. Here they are at Wimbledon on their last journey. The photographer is not certain of their numbers.
