| In May 2004 Blackmoor Vale travelled to York to be
part of the Railfest celebrating 200 years of the steam railway locomotive. She
is seen here photographed under difficult conditions on 30th May 2004.

Sometimes 21C123 carries the temporary name that she wore
briefly in honour of her designer, O.V.S.Bulleid. In York she was
displayed with this name on one side and Blackmoor Vale on the other!

| Up against the buffers at York! As can be just be seen on the
right, the public were able to see the locomotives at close quarters thanks to
a walkway at cab floor level.
