Waddon Marsh Halt was on the line from West Croydon via Mitcham
Junction to Wimbledon. Some serious rationalisation of the track has taken
place leaving the layout as basically just a passing place on a single line.

now part of the Croydon Tramlink system between Wimbledon and Elmers
End/Beckenham Junction.

Westerham Station taken after closure but still
intact. The Westerham branch connected with the main Tonbridge to London line
at Dunton Green and was the subject of an early preservation initiative. The
M25 was, however, deemed more beneficial to the general public and large parts
of the former branch are now buried beneath it.

| West Moors station framed by its footbridge. West
Moors was located between Broadstone and Ringwood on the "old line"
which left the main LSWR line at Brockenhurst and ran via Ringwood to Hamworthy
Junction, avoiding Bournemouth. West Moors was the junction for the Salisbury
line (via Fordingbridge) which veered away to the left just beyond the platform.

Another view of West Moors this time taken from the
footbridge. The junction for Salisbury, controlled by a fine array of semaphore
signals) can clearly be seen at the far right of the picture. Note the hand
crane in the goods yard. A train for Salisbury has just departed and has left a
large amount of goods to be dealt with by the station staff.
