Mitcham

Mitcham Signalbox on the West Croydon to Wimbledon mainly single-track line, now a part of the Croydon Tramlink. Opened in 1868 and closed in 1982, this was a typical LB&SCR Saxby & Farmer style 'box, with a LB&SCR built Saxby & Farmer style frame. photograph by Dick Morant
