Horsham

Horsham Signalbox, viewed "through the arch". This 'box was due to be removed in re-signalling of the area during late 2002 when control was due to have been assumed by Three Bridges. Late-running of the work gave the 'box a reprieve until 2004 which has now been extended as the original re-signalling, using the Swedish ADtranz Ebilock computer based system has been abandoned. Horsham will now keep its Signalbox until a more conventional re-signalling happens. photograph by Nick Beck
