Waterloo & City class 482
| To replace the life-expired 1940 units, BR ordered some London Underground Central Line-type tube stock from ABB, Derby. These were classified 482 by BR and entered service in May 1993. As part of the Rail Privatisation the Waterloo & City line has since been transferred to London Underground. |
