Bearing the later number series, 8017 sits in the sidings at Bournemouth
depot prior to re-painting. Note the unusual position of the number on the cab

| TC set 417 is now on the Dartmoor Railway. It was looking
very much in need of a new coat of paint when seen standing at Meldon on 16
August 2003.
